Turkey Roll-Ups
An unusual sandwich; variety from the typical turkey & swiss option
 
     
 
  • 2-3 flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 4 scallion onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped sliced turkey
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine the avocado in a bowl with the lime juice. Add the cilantro, tomato, onions, and turkey. Salt and pepper to taste. Divide mixture, spread onto the tortillas, and roll up the sandwiches, using toothpicks to hold them in place.
